“TRCL is on the cusp of an exciting new age of innovation and artistic collaboration.”
The RICE Company Limited (TRCL) is a non-profit organization that harvests the potential of the arts and culture for the development of human lives and connecting communities locally and around the world.
TRCL is on the cusp of an exciting new age of innovation and artistic collaboration. Our interest in the arts and culture extends beyond Singapore with a global outreach into communities of all cultures and geography.
We produce Content.
We inspire children and youth to pursue the arts through progressive and sustained training in Music, Dance, Theatre and Visual Arts. Our training programmes are dedicated to children aged 6 to 12 at The Little Arts Academy and youth aged 13 to 19 at 10 Square @ Orchard Central, regardless of their financial circumstances.
We build Spaces.
We build spaces that embody the needs and aspirations of our communities – the Children, the Youth and the Enterprising. Our spaces include The Little Arts Academy, 10 Square @ Orchard Central and The Pavilion @ Far East Square.
We cultivate Partnerships.
We are committed to projects that can contribute towards the vibrancy of the arts and cultural scene, forming enduring relationships with individuals and organizations that share our sense of purpose. Our strategic partners comprise leading Singapore companies and SMEs as well as MNCs.
RICE gives back to the community and manages two funds – The Business Times Budding Artist Fund (BTBAF) and SING50 Fund to benefit the young who will build up Singapore’s legacy in arts and music for future generations to come.
TRCL was incorporated on 26th of March 2014 and is a registered charity with an IPC (Institutions of a Public Character) status.
